Directions : Shower as normal, scoop small amount of scrub into palm try not to introduce water to scrub jar and massage onto skin Rinse and dry. For best results, scrub should be used twice per week for normal skin as over exfoliating may irritate the skin. Can be used on hands daily after a long hard day’s work .
